Does PHP load slower?

I was wondering, if i created my site with all .php extentions will it load slower than if i used .html even if they both used the same code.

Not really. HTML is static, and usually loads up faster. With php it goes through a series of other checks, but you shouldn`t see any major difference, same speed.
