Hi,

Billing & Accounts tickets take a little longer to get answered sometimes. Sorry but we'll get to it shortly!

I've got a problem. I am like 2 invoices behind because I had deleted my old email account, forgot that my account was with OSHS was linked to it. I submitted a ticket to change the email address (I forgot the password to the account too, it was auto logged in with my browser for the longest time) and now I'm in trouble.

I want to pay, I do not want my services suspended. I submitted the ticket 15 days ago, no response yet. 796055 is the ticket number, I know this isnt the place for this but I'm desperate at this point.

Hi,

If it's a billing ticket we do tend to take longer, and right now we're inundated with billing tickets after the multiple billing systems merge into consolidated GBP and USD billing systems.

However please don't worry about service suspension as that isn't being done until we clear the backlog of billing tickets.

That's a very time! Having checked the ticket, it was submitted by an unknown email hence was not linked to your account. Your account email has now been updated so please login now and pay your outstanding invoices.

Okay, I finally got it! The problem was I was trying the password reset on the USD client. I'm billed through the GBP client. Any way I can be swapped over? I live in the US.
