This customer support forum is available for you to post any general support questions and topics to. It will then benefit the whole community as others are bound to be interested in similar topics.
This forums is NOT for posting support issues specific to your account such as:
- Logins not working
- Blocked out by server
- Site down
- Email issues
- Performance issues
- Anything else specific to you, your account or your login.
Individual account issues such as the above need to be submitted via the Client Portal, where official support staff can assist you with your problem.
Please do not post "my site is down" threads. These will be removed. If your site is down then you will need to submit a support ticket to seek proper assistance.
Is your server down? Dont panic! The chances are that if a server is really down then we are already aware of it and are working to resolve the problem. Please first check the Outages & Maintenance forum, and if nothing's there, please submit a ticket.
