Hi,

There is a power related issue at BlueSquare 2 & 3.

They are aware of this and have on site engineers looking into this.

Most servers are backup, but if your server isn't, please submit a support ticket and we'll check further for you.

All servers are backup now.

We do apologise for the outage. The DC reported that: "The UPS system in BS2 and BS3 has now been fully serviced and all work has now been completed. Please note that during the maintenance window we had a failure of power board X located in BlueSquare 2, and due to this issue the UPS engineers placed the UPS system of BS2/3 into bypass mode whilst this fault was fixed with board X. The UPS system is now fully back into normal operation and out of bypass mode."

Which basically means that UPS didn't kick in when the fuse went on the power board. Of course we will put pressure on our DC to ensure this kind of power outage does not occur again.
