Server11 has been re-installed about 2 hours ago and is currently being setup. Account restores will begin shortly and should hopefully be complete by the morning.

Hi There,
I'm from the UK and I think I'm in a different time zone than what this website is set in.
I'm on Server11. Roughtly how many hours will it be down before everything is completed and it is put back online?

On Server 11, all account usernames upto and starting with "m" have been restored, and the rest should be completed shortly.

Hi, I am on server 15 and my sites were fine yesterday (mon 12th) but today all my sites are down, please advise.

Same here, not all of my sites are down but the important ones are...
Are you still doing work on server 15?

All data on Server15 has been restored. Some users may experience problems due to nameserver issues - please now submit a support ticket for any problems.

Hi There,
I'm on server 11 and I have a couple of clients who have told us that their emails have been deleted. They have their email setup via IMAP but I'm not sure if the most recent data has been restored?
Please can you let me know asap if recent emails can be recovered?

Hi,
Unfortunately any new data/email/MySQL from the last week will have been lost since the server has been re-installed and accounts restored from the latest backup held since last weekend.
