All my sites are down. I have a reseller account on server 8. I;ve tried to log this via the support site however, thats also down.

when trying to access any of my websites the following nameservers are showing to be failing:-
ns13.webhost-nameservers.com returned (NORECORDS)
ns14.webhost-nameservers.com returned (NORECORDS)
do we know when this issue is going to be solved? The potential 4/5 hours is now way overdue.....
