Dear Customer,
On 25th June at 18:41 a power distribution board in BlueSquare 1 tripped taking out approximately 30 racks. This was subsequently reset and all racks had been reset. The reason for this failure is unknown at the moment and we're expecting a full report from our DC within the next 24 hours.
We apologise for the outage and any inconvenience this may have caused.
