could you let customers know when you move their hosting accounts to a different IP?

I use 3rd party dns for several of my domains, and they were down for several days. an informational email would have been useful, and a timesaver.

my accounts changed from 72.X.X.X to 85.X.X.X
Hi,

We did actually send out notification to all clients about the server moves.

However, we'll check into why you didn't receive this notification if you please submit a support ticket at the Helpdesk.
Ticket ID: GXY-476613
It looks like some customers didn't receive the server change notification and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

All clients on servers 3 and 4 were moved to server 7 with the main IP 85.234.154.25.
