I've been with many hosts in the past before I found siterollout, every host in the past has let me down, lied and returned complete rubbish as a reason why my site would not load or wasn't up.
Some hosts I've been with in the past even tried to make out it was ME or my fault [ little did they know I did know a thing or two about hosting, and I quickly left these 'script kiddies' to it]
I started out with siterollout a few years ago on one of their unlimited packages for around £10 a month, as my sites grew and grew I found talking to them to be very easy and above all 'human'.
I now have my own dedicated server with them.
The point about siterollout is they listen to you and your needs, then find you a solution to fit your budget.
My server is rarely down, and the few times it has been they give full meaningful explanations as to why it happened and how they fixed it.
I'm so glad I found them, I sleep well at night knowing my sites are being looked after, but above all knowing my sites are UP and running, if my sites are not up, I'm not making money! When you make your living from the internet as I do, choose your host with care, or better still just choose siterollout and you won't go wrong.
